I work where the roadmap meets the real system.

My product work starts with the user and continues through architecture, delivery, launch and operating evidence. I lead cross-functional teams and stay close enough to the system to make cost, reliability, data and AI trade-offs concrete.

From field friction to an AI product portfolio.

I own strategy and delivery across connected-device, installer and applied-AI products. The work connects customer pain to architecture choices, release controls and adoption: mobile, cloud, data, hardware and field operations have to move as one product system.

  • Industrialized GenAI diagnostics across 100K+ installations, reducing mean time to resolution from three hours to under 15 minutes.
  • Took computer-vision diagnostics from investment case through model and workflow design to release, improving issue-detection accuracy by 93%.
  • Built the measurement cadence behind a web-adoption move from 4% to 43%, a 28% reduction in commissioning time and an NPS increase from 12 to 57.

Turning industrial work into a measurable SaaS workflow.

I owned Connected Worker capabilities for enterprise customers, translating field constraints into roadmap, integration and analytics decisions. The product role included discovery, acceptance criteria, instrumentation, launch partnership and the operating cadence needed to learn after release.

  • Introduced customer-impact scoring and fortnightly data reviews, reducing feature lead time from three months to under one month.
  • Defined adoption, task-completion and data-quality measures across product and commercial teams.
  • Used experiments and launch collaboration to drive 30% quarter-over-quarter traffic growth.

Learning product management in the physical world.

I led a field platform across government, suppliers and infrastructure teams. This was where I learned that software value depends on workflow fit, data quality and adoption—not the number of features delivered.

  • Set a two-year digital roadmap and released more than 10 capabilities based on field research and operational data.
  • Coordinated product and project delivery across three infrastructure programs spanning 700 km.
  • Standardized validation and governance, improving data accuracy from roughly 60% to above 95%.

How I operate

Product ownership includes delivery.

I treat delivery as part of the learning system: it matters because it creates evidence, exposes constraints and lets the team make the next product decision.
